Having this advantage allows you to prepare the support, test the functionalities before the users, and be ready for any questions from your colleagues and/or clients, and in the end, provide as many out-of-the-box solutions as possible. In my case, I try to keep an eye on the Microsoft 365 collaboration tools (mainly on SharePoint, OneDrive, Yammer, and Power Platform) updates, and as soon as I can see them in my environment, I take note of these changes in a dedicated SharePoint site. Each month, I share my notes with the [SharePoint User Group](https://www.meetup.com/guspquebec/?ref=blog.lsonline.fr) with examples and use cases to explain the pros and the things to consider.
