If you have a large number of files or multiple migrations to plan, it can be complicated to manage them. The best way is to use a tool to do it for you, which one? By default, Microsoft does not change the configuration for SharePoint. What is this new granular permission change? The SharePoint storage report provides an overview of your tenant’s storage profile across multiple geographies. The report will include suggestions for optimizing storage, such as setting file history limits, archiving inactive sites (Pro), and creating site lifecycle management (Pro) policies.
